**CHRISTMAS DELIVERY UPDATE**
Please note that we are experiencing very high numbers of orders during the festive period so all Little Love Hair accessory orders may take a little longer than normal to process. Most items are made to order so please bear with us at this busy time.
In the UK all parcels under will be sent out by Royal Mail First Class Delivery or Recorded/ Special Delivery upon request. You will receive an email on the day your order is dispatched and all UK orders should arrive with you within 1-2 days from you receiving this email.
Corsets, Veils and large orders will be sent out either by by Royal Mail Signed For or Special Delivery. All these orders will require a signature on delivery. Please do request that orders are sent to your work address if this is more convenient for deliveries for you.
All items are lovingly hand made to order, so please expect between 7 - 10 days for delivery of garters, eyemasks and Little Love girls accessories and 14 - 28 days for dispatch of wedding hair accessories, wedding veil, nightwear and corsets. Specific delivery times can be seen on the products description pages. You will receive an email notification when your goods have been dispatched. If your order is required urgently or for a particular date, please feel free to email us on email@example.com to see how quickly we can produce and send your order.
STANDARD Postage and packing is charged based on the value of your order:
UK Orders up to £16.00 Delivery - £1.75
UK Orders from £16.01 - 30.00 Delivery - £2.50
UK Orders from £30.01 - £99.99 Delivery - £3.95
UK Orders over £100.00 Free Delivery

Delivery charges will be added to your order at checkout. All products sent outside the EU may be liable to Import Duty or Tax which is not included in the shipping charge. Please check your local regulations before placing your order as this cost must be borne by you.
POSTAGE OF RETURNS
The cost of postage on returns is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, where in this instance we will happily refund return postage costs. This is on the condition that you have first contacted us and made us aware of the return and postage costs. When returning an item, you are responsible for the goods until they reach us. We cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit. Therefore we recommend that all UK orders are returned by Royal Mail Special Delivery and you retain your proof of posting. LovebySusie cannot issue refunds or compensation to items lost in transit on their return to us. International Orders should also be returned via a traceable method which insures against the full value of your goods.
